| Pisco Brandy is distilled from Muscat wine in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. It originated in Peru in the XVIth century, south of Lima, in the valley of Ica. Once the distillation is completed brandy is placed in clay casks. Best sampled when young. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
