In the past, the wine growers of the Charentes processed
their products into spirits. Today, they have happily rediscovered wine growing for wine
production. Helped along by all the latest techniques of wine production, the production
of white, rosé and red wine meets strict quality criteria defined by the Wine Tasting
Commission, in order to obtain the geographical denomination: Vin de Pays
Charentais. |
