There are glints of light in this Cognac which has aged in so old casks
that no more tannin can be extracted. Without the quantity of tannin and wood that makes a
traditional Cognac, this Coeur de Fins Bois allows us to discover the authentic perfumes
from the grapes, from the vines; the white flowers flavours. Unusual
but exciting! Des reflets de lumière dans ce Cognac vieilli en vieux fûts. Un Cognac sec aux arômes puissants et purs. Dépourvu de nuances boisées et tanniques, on redécouvre ici les parfums des eaux-de-vie sortant de l'alambic, ceux de la vigne et du raisin d'où se détachent des odeurs de fleurs blanches, d'écorces d'orange et de subtiles notes de noisette.
