| Le vignoble /Vineyard: Fins Bois cru Cépage/Grapes: Ugni Blanc et Colombard pour le fabrication du Pineau blanc, Merlot et Cabernet pour Pineau Rosé Vendanges/Harvest: Manuelles/manual Distillation: à deux passes dans un petit alambic/twice in the small alambic Vieillissement/Ageing: dans de vieux chais humides. Le Pineau sont logés dans des fûts de chêne du Limousin./Pineau is placed in the Limousin oak barrels in the old, humid cellars. Fabrication/Production: Blanc, Rosé, Vieux Blanc, Vieux Rosé. Le Pineau jeune est un merveilleux apéritif naturel et léger, le Vieux Rosé est à boire comme un Vieux Porto, les Vieux Pineau ont en moyenne 10 à 12 ans. Young Pineau is a wonderful, natural and light aperitif, Vieux Rosé can be drank as an Old Porto, the Vieux Pineau is on average 10-12 years old. |
